As part of our celebrations we are planning a reunion for any former members of the Colliery Bands of Harton and Westoe. So far our oldest known former member is Tom Young who played in the Harton Colliery Junior Band in 1945.
If you played in one of the now defunct bands in South Tyneside you're also welcome to attend. Even if you are living far away now and are unlikely to be able to join us do get in touch. Depending on the response we will update our band history section. Ideally, it would be great to have the line up for the band in 1990 going back as many decades as possible, If you have any information do Contact Westoe Band
